I’ve been taking my golden to this groomer for almost a year now and I’ve never had any major complaints. Although this past visit changed. The girl grooming my dog didn’t seem to know how to work their system, didn’t really listen to what I wanted done to my dog’s haircut, or even what her name was after I told her 4 times. I will give her some slack due to the amount of other pets that were also getting groomed. After the first day of having my dog back, she was scratching the side of her face constantly to the point she started to draw blood. I took her to the vet and find out she had a hot spot caused from moisture. I spoke to the manager on site Tuesday (12/2). She was rude, argumentative, and unprofessional when I asked any sort of questions about how my dog was groomed and whether

They were able to get my dog in right away for a nail trim. They did a good job. Although my poor dog was nervous, they were very sweet with her. I would recommend this place. I also am appreciative of the punch card. I had five punches so this time the nail trim was free.

Great staff who are very knowledgeable and friendly! We are from Canada and we brought our Bernese mountain dog in. She is very anxious, especially in a new environment, but they handled her with great care. She got a bath, deshedding and a trim! Very happy with her results!

They shave my cats and give them baths. To anyone who's ever owned a cat you know how difficult this can be. They do a good job and have never injured my animals. They are worth the money and they are friendly and nice.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We started out hoping our appointment would go smoothly, but our new rescue chow chow quickly showed he was a little overwhelmed by the environment. The team were absolute miracle workers—patient, gentle, and willing to work at his pace. They slowly brushed him, eased him onto the table, raised it little by little, and worked in short sessions so he never got overwhelmed. Special thanks to Brandon, the incredible bather, for his gentle touch and patience, and to Jeanie Wright for winning our boy over. They even gave him breaks to decompress, and I watched them show the same care to every pet that came through. What started as “let’s just get him used to the environment” turned into leaving hours later with a fully groomed, happy, and pampered pooch. The salon was clean, prices
