My dog had not been groomed in quite a while. He was very shaggy and matted. She did a wonderful job of keeping him calm and getting all his hair cut. He smells good and looks awesome and is much more comfortable. Puppy Love has the best rates and amazing service. We will always go back to her. And next time we won't wait as long.
Waited for 4 hoirs on a call back. Never called. I called them back and they were short and snappy..
