Puppy City

We love dogs and this was our last stop in Miami — and we couldn’t have chosen better. Beautiful, clean environment and a very kind owner. I definitely recommend visiting to anyone who loves dogs. You can play with them — they are absolutely gorgeous, friendly, well-socialized, playful, and they smell amazing. You can truly see they are well cared for and have a great, loving environment. The puppies are also available for purchase. It’s such a pity we don’t live in Miami, because otherwise I would have definitely taken one home with me. 🐶💕

I had a wonderful experience at Puppy City. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. The store is very clean, well organized, and you can tell they truly care about the health and well-being of their puppies. I never felt pressured, and their customer service was exceptional. If you are looking for a trustworthy place with caring staff and beautiful, healthy puppies, I highly recommend Puppy City. I will definitely be coming back!

I had a great experience at Puppy City! Everyone there was super friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. The staff answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Charges your $3 PER PERSON for a stupid little thing of dog food so you MANDATORILY have to pay to play with the puppies and this was never like this i used to come here all the time to play with the dogs…. Tried charging me for my 1 year old daughter. Definitely disappointed in the experience and attention definitely will not come back and will support shelters that deserve more support than places like this UPDATE: Responding back to what the owners replied back to me, i had gone several times in 2021 to Puppy City and was never charged for anything. This used to be a place you can get into for free to play with the dogs. AND Yes, we were rushed to leave by the older lady who was very rude and passive aggressive to us when we were surprised she was telling us to leave when some other pe
