I had such an amazing experience adopting my dog from this location . From the moment I walked in, Jamie was welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about helping dogs find the right homes. Jamie took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident and prepared before bringing my new puppy home. The facility was clean and well-organized, and it was clear that the dogs are well cared for and loved. The adoption process was smooth and straightforward, and she provided helpful information about vaccinations, feeding, and transitioning into a new home. You can tell Jamie genuinely cares about both the animals and the families adopting them. I’m so grateful for the positive experience and for helping me find the perfect addition to my family. A few weeks ago we went in and were helped by amazing associates and visited a wonderful Shiba Inu boy, went back in today and he was still there. We already purchased a shiba from them and have a 2 pet limit in our apartment so unfortunately we could not purchase him but he is heavily discounted from his original price and a lovely boy like this definitely deserves a good and loving home. Omar and the other associates there are amazing help and would absolutely love to assist you in getting this lovely boy a great and loving home.

We purchased both of our puppies from Animal Kingdom. One a year ago and they other one 11 days ago. The first one was at the Tucson mall and the other one Arizona Mills Mall in Tempe. Both times were a great experience. The employees we worked with were very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and kind. We could not be happier with the two pups we have and the service we received. The pups are amazing!! My only complaint is they make you buy a big 16lb bag of dry dog food plus two cans of wet food. The pups we purchased were only 2.4 to 3.5 lbs. So, not only is this overkill on the amount of food to buy for a small puppy, but we learned from our first pup that they don't like that brand of dry food. The Tucson mall was willing to refund our money for returning the dry food. When we purchase

We just visited Puppies N Love at the mall and had such a great experience. Omar was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He took his time showing us the puppies and explained all the dog information clearly, which made us feel comfortable and informed. You can tell he truly cares about the animals and the people visiting. Overall, it was a really positive and enjoyable experience. Thank you, Omar, for making our visit so special!

Omar at the pet store was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right dog.
