Purchased a Aussie puppy and things seemed great, about two day into having him I noticed he was j vested with fleas. When I called to speak with them I was brushed off that “all our pets are cleared and do not have fleas” granted none of my other animals had fleas prior to the Aussie coming home. Now we are 3 months into this and have spent so much money on flea treatments for all animals, sprays for the house, cleaning and even hiring an exterminator. Tried to speak to the “on call vet” this place offered and never received a call back. For the price of the dog I am highly upset that he came flea ridden and I still can’t get rid of them! This place is absolutely a nightmare.

This pet store is very clean. There is no pet odor when you enter. The animals are very clean, and well cared for. Staff very helpful.

Purchased an absolutely perfect Rottweiler from puppies and more two years ago. 125 pounds of perfectly placed muscle, short wide snout, wide head, robust chest and amazing temperment.

Purchased my Sadie at Tropical in 2019. Wish I had picked up her brother at the same time though. 4 years later, Sadie is doing great. Best pet ever owned. Update.. Feb 01, 2024. Was so happy with Sadie, I went and brought home a BFF for her from Puppies and More. I have yet to settle on a permanent name for the Pembroke Welsh Corgi. But so far, Corgi is loving his new home. breaking everything in and refusing to rest, he's very fond of water as he's attacked all the water bowls, lol. Very loveable and very very energetic. As I searched for a good match for Sadie, staff were patient and eager to help. The beauties that they provide are very well taken cared of obviously. I thank them for their help and fantastic personalities. Sadie trying to teach Corgi how to get a window seat.

They keep animals that should not be in fish tanks, in fish tanks!!! This is a horrible place and should be shut down or seriously rethink how they treat their animals instead of just using them for profit. I cannot wait to see this place shut down and hopefully all the animals that are kept here can go to somewhere that they are taken care of. Absolutely disgusting.
