Pupper’s daycare makes having a dog in a Capitol Hill apartment easy! Boarding and daycare are both excellent. I love that I can add on grooming, because I know that my dog would prefer to have his friends at Pupper’s file his nails over a stranger at the groomers. Staff is professional, knowledgeable, and communicative about my dog’s behavior and I feel confident asking questions or checking in about his behavior. Boarding also makes traveling for work easy since I know my dog will be in good hands. The best review honestly comes from my dog, who perks up when he sees me pack his lunch and runs directly to Pupper’s to hang out with his friends.

I highly recommend Pupper's Play & Stay. I have been taking Yuri to Pupper's for about 2 years. At that time, he was also registered at 2 other doggie daycares - so he was splitting his time across 3 facilities. After Rob Rosemont took over the old operation, the improvements came quickly and now Yuri only attends Pupper's. The staff is incredible - enthusiastic, friendly, attentive. They are outgoing and always greet me and Yuri with enthusiasm. The facility is clean, and they have extended hours of operation. They send daily report cards with pictures of Yuri and a few sentences about his day. Courtney's customer service is professional, accommodating, and she deeply cares about our pups. Pupper's Play & Stay is a fantastic dog daycare and dog boarding facility on Capitol Hill. Our dog isn't the biggest fan of meeting other dogs, but her social skills have definitely improved after spending time with the knowledgeable and friendly staff at Pupper's. All members of the Pupper's team recognize our pup when we drop her off, and she is always excited to spend time there. We really appreciate the regular updates we receive (with photos!) when our dog is at Pupper's, and the twice-daily messages they send when she is boarding are wonderful, too. Our dog is always nurtured and cared for while she is at Pupper's, and we highly recommend them for dog daycare and boarding.

We’ve been bringing our 7 y/o goldendoodle to Puppers for daycare 2x a week since we moved to the area earlier this year. Our dog isn’t huge on playing with other dogs but I think she’s really benefitted from being around other dogs regularly. No issues whatsoever with the other pups. She loves the staff and always comes out with a big grin. Reservation system is easy and the flexible pick up and drop off hours are great too. We’ve also used them for boarding for a long weekend. The free roam sleeping option was a great fit for our pup who hates being in an enclosure.

We are so grateful to have Puppers and their great staff in the neighborhood. The difference between our miniature dachshund Hilde's experience here versus her previous daycare is night and day. She used to be terrified to go to daycare, but now she literally pulls us down the street on her walks to get to the front door! The staff here are absolutely wonderful. It's clear they don't just watch the dogs; they genuinely know them and care for them. Hilde's entire body wiggles with excitement when she sees her people, whether it's at drop-off or if we happen to see a staff member out on the street.
