It’s been impossible to find a groomer that could handle Ollie who (to say the least) is extremely difficult to work with. But the groomer did a fantastic job! She looks amazing and somehow still has length on her tail despite her and it being covered in mats! We are EXTREMELY grateful! Thank you guys!

Absolutely love this place! Pupcakes is a very professional, excellent service. They did full grooming for my Pomeranian and Beagle and I highly recommend them. Glad to have their business in the neighborhood!

This review makes me very sad. I have been a customer of Carol and her staff for over a decade. My husband and I brought our pups, Teddy and Victoria last week for grooming. Carol greeted very rudely and stated she would have enjoyed her day better if she didn’t have to love our pups. Guess what Carol? You will never have the pleasure of grooming my dogs again.

We have happily been long-time customers of Carol and the rest of the crew at Pupcake Grooming for 10+ years. The staff are professional, and kind, and definitely develop a fondness for your pets in a way that make you feel good about leaving them in their care for a few hours. The prices are reasonable in comparison to peers and the cut/shampoo smell are consistently excellent. I sadly use the past tense because we recently had to change our groomer to accommodate the health needs of our 15-year-old handicapped shih tzu who has developed heart issues. It was actually Carol who gently guided me towards the decision that I would have greater peace of mind with him in the care of a veterinary-type facility who could deal with potential medical emergencies.
