Update - I have 5 dogs. I have had pets since I was 5, I'm 47. I've changed vets numerous times throughout the years. I've been with Pumpkin Hill approximately 10 years now. Dr. Mathis and his staff are 2nd to none. My geriatric dog, Wiley, has needed extra care this year. Dr. Mathis and his staff have exceedingly gone above and beyond to ensure his comfort. They are truly committed and compassionate. They support me as his human as well. I can't honestly ever imagine going anywhere else. I have complete confidence and trust in Pumpkin hill in every way, shape and form. Wiley is my soul dog. Only the best for him. And Dr. Mathis is absolutely the best 💯 down to every detail including the office cats he keeps that peek out to say hello. They call to check on him ♡ He and his staff are ful

We just want to say how appreciative we are for the compassion everyone had while we struggled with our Callie girl loosing the use of her back legs. After a hard 36 hours we decided to make the hard decision to put her down. They never made us feel bad and even did it outside under the tree. She was definitely happy in her last moments. Thank you again everyone! We truly appreciate you!

They have been very good to us and our cats. We have indoor pet cats, and barn cats, and are very understanding if we can't catch an outdoor cat for it's appt. We've also have used them for end of life services. They are very respectful, and supportive.

Just like a little kid, she's not a fan of going to get a shot. Even though it was just an update for rabies. Great staff, made her as comfortable as possible! She survived!! Thank you

Out of all the vets I have taken my pups to over the years Pumpkin Hill has been the best experience I have ever had hands down! Every member of the staff from the greeters, to the vet techs, to the two vets have met have been incredibly friendly, knowledge, and beyond beyond patient. They take care in knowing their patients and following up. I cannot say enough wonderful thing about the team!
