Puff and Fluff Grooming - Anthem

We booked our new puppy with PnF in Anthem because they had done great with our previous pet. We were told the first time would be a "puppy visit" so she could get used to the sounds and process etc. They gave charged us $5 less than a full groom and only trimmed around her face an privates. 3 weeks later we took her in for a full groom. Her hair is so long and it is so HOT outside. We just picked her up and they only did a "puppy visit" AGAIN, and charged us FULL PRICE! When we questioned the cost, they said we booked a groom so they have to charge us for a groom. They chose to do less, but still charged us full price. We will be finding a new groomer! What a rip-off!

Das Pooch is a cut above 😂 the other groomers we have tried in the Valley. Well worth the drive out from the West Side. We love our little Rosie with all our hearts and don’t trust her grooming to just anyone! Das Pooch always takes great care of her, as if she was their own. We highly recommend Das Pooch to all our friends 🐶

Great staff...we messed up our booking online, we booked for just a bath and brush, and they fit us in for a grooming, she even stayed late to get the job done right. Very nice Ladies and Archey looked awesome! From ragamuffin to so handsome

they did such a great job with my collie. She’s a super shy, timid dog, but they were so nice and gentle with her. Plus, the business there is excellent would definitely go back

Above and beyond service! My pup is always so happy when he goes here, the staff treat him like one of their own pets. He always looks amazing after a groom. You guys are the best!
