Puddles And Pups

I've been coming here since I moved to the area and always had a good experience. When I owned two longer haired dogs (Smush and Grizzly), groomers were very good about accommodating asks for haircuts and my dogs never seemed stressed or anxious to go. They passed and I now own a pug (Machi Maru) who just goes for baths and de-shedding but she loves going and I can tell they take extra good care of her. Josh has been her bather for years now and he's exceptional and kind. She always comes home with a fancy new nail design so it's always a fun surprise for us. He also makes sure to protect her ears from water! It is incredibly special to find a place where I can trust my pug to be safe and cared for gently. I am a veterinarian so I am very observant of the office and staff and I've seen the

Marissa has groomed our small doodle twice now and done an incredible job both times. Our Reba is not easy at all when it comes to grooming and Marissa has been very understanding and accommodating. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I can’t say enough how awesome everyone is and how much my Poodle loves it there. That’s right a dog loves his grooming place. It truly shows how great they are to our fur friends. My pup Casper has been here 2 times and the staff was very understanding, Regarding his medical issues and very patient with him at both visits.The staff has been wonderful, kind and very caring. They do a fantastic wonderful job and my boy is excited for his visit there and as long he’s happy then I’m happy. He smells so good and sleeps a lot better after his pampering. Thank you to the wonderful staff. For taking him on as a new client.

Lauren is the best! She takes such good care of my senior (17 year old) dog. He always looks perfect after his spa day at Puddles & Pups!
