Pucci Pet Resort

First time dog owner here, I was nervous about leaving my baby overnight, but pucci really took those worries away. Great friendly staff, adorable vip rooms, and overall cleanliness was impressive. Will definitely be bringing my baby back!

The new management is awesome. The place is getting updated, fresh paint, and is looking great! The staff are always very polite and knowledgeable. Great place to have your dog boarded and/or groomed!!!

The staff at Pucci Pet Resort are very friendly and accommodating. However, the facility has a strong odor, and I noticed quite a bit of feces and urine in the office area. My dog also came home reeking of urine. I think improving the cleanliness would make this a much better experience overall.

I was looking for a new place when I found this one. I shall look no more! Renee went beyond what she was expected to do to care for my dog. I could tell by my dog's demeanor when dropping off / picking up from the last place that he did not want to be there. That is NOT the case with Pucci Chateau! I could tell right away that he was treated well and he was happy when I picked him up. They are knowledgeable about different breeds and their needs and their price was cheaper too! Just look at this smile when I got him home!

We boarded our 4 year old large breed dog here for July 4th. When we picked him up he had urine all over his chest, belly, legs, and the bottom of his face. Based on the urine being all over his underside, we think he was left in a kennel/small enclosure and laid in his own urine. He can go HOURS without going to the restroom and will not use the restroom in his kennel unless he cannot help it. I feel confident saying that he was left in a kennel for a very long time for him to smell that awful when we picked him up today. 3 hours of bathing, blow drying, and brushing later—we felt compelled to leave a review to keep others from going through this. Please do not board your pets here.
