Absolutely terrible place to get your dog groomed. They handled my 14 year old dog very roughly, grabbing her with no care in front of me. I didn't complain at the time but every time I think about this place or grooming experiences I get pissed off remembering my experience here. I will continue to spread to people the experience I had here and to never come here because they will mistreat your dog, as they did with mine. The staff complained that she wouldn't stay still, but she was an elderly dog!!! What do you expect? My poor girl was shaking after I got her back and I feel so bad. Please, if you cannot handle older dogs just don't accept them in the first place. Animals should be treated with care and don't argue with me because like I said I saw how the groomer picked my dog up rig

I would not trust any animal to get groomed here. And when I complained to the manager about the service she laughed at me like I was an idiot. Very rude and poor service. Response to your response: When I dropped her off I was told that it would take approximately 2 hours for her to be groomed and that I would receive a 30 minute heads up before she was ready as she gets very anxious and can vomit when in dog cages. This did not happen. Also, I was not told that she was being groomed by someone in training which may explain how long it took but the manager kept telling me that 4 hours is a normal amount of time and laughed at my ignorance for not knowing this. My dog is 8.5 years old and she is groomed every 3 months and it always takes 2 hours, not 4. All I wanted was an explanati

Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. First grooming for my puppies went very smoothly. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.
