I adopted a cat on 2/15, he had a heart murmur. 8 days later he passed. I slightly understand the no refund but the LEAST you could’ve did was gave me a discount on the cremation. No new cat, I had to pay full price for a cat, no waived fee, nothing, I basically spent $150 on a cat just for it to pass away 8 days later. It’s just incredibly heart breaking for me and my kids. Will never adopt again from here again to say the least. Spent money on him, on his cat items, and then have him die on me in 8 days. That HURTS! This is what I get for adopting instead of just getting a cat from a street breeder.
The staff there was great. I went New Year’s Eve night and got a one year-old Chihuahua. The lady I dealt with was wonderful. Let me see the dog explain to me his history and I said OK let me take them. If you’re looking for a great place and a great price to adopt a pet you need to go to this animal rescue league this photo I have is the dog that I took from there. His name is bingo. Everything is included when you get the animal they are sprayed or neutered. Their shots are updated and they get micro chipped.
Ive never adopted before but a few days ago I adopted these beautiful ladies from PARL. Not only was the area they were in clean and well taken care of, but you could tell these ladies were loved while they were staying at this rescue. Greta was amazing helping me make my decision since at the time I was unsure of adopting due to having to put down my guinea pig down a few weeks ago. But Greta was very patient and let me take as much time as I wanted with the girls. At the end of the day, im very glad I decided to adopt Alma and Eloise (now known as Pumpkin and Peanut 😉). They are adapting really well to their new household and adopting these girls was the best decision I could've made ❤️
They do a great job here with the animals! I have had 2 cats and 1 bunny spayed and vaccinated thru their program. And I bring my bunny in all the time for their smallies spa day. Greta is great :)
My experience with Providence animal rescue league was nothing short of fantastic. Not only the day help me find the dog that would give me and my family some joy, but also walk this through the best support for the dog in order to make sure that she is happy and healthy With all of her up-to-date shots. The staff was so friendly and I can’t speak any higher of the level of satisfaction that my family and I have with little Jubilee.
