We’ve been bringing our dog Bari to ProspectBArk Daycare for about a year now, and it has been a truly wonderful experience from day one. The staff—especially Tina and the owner Chun Soon—are kind, gentle, and deeply attentive. They’ve created a nurturing, structured environment that makes both pups and their humans feel like part of the family. Bari is a social dog who loves meeting and playing with other dogs, and this has proven to be the perfect place for him to thrive. As a rescue, he's more cautious with people, but over time, he’s grown comfortable with the staff. He’ll now sniff their hands and even accept some pets, all on his own terms. I can’t say enough good things about Prospect Bark dog walking service! I worked with them for 3 years - from day 1 when I brought puppy home until the day I moved out of state. The worst part of moving was leaving my walker and the comfort and security I felt with them! It was easy to get started and the communication from everyone was always excellent. Taryn was helpful with coordination/organization of schedules and always available to answer questions. Erik, my dog’s daily walker and best friend, is truly a gem. He cared for my dog as if she were his own and they developed a special bond over the years. He was always sweet with her and so helpful, and I loved getting notes and photos of their daily adventures. I even had neighbors in my building tell me that Erik was great with my dog.

Prospect Bark has been a gift! I recently started bringing my puppy, Tucci, for daycare, and the level of care he receives is truly exceptional. The team is incredibly warm, thorough, and genuinely invested in the well-being of every dog who walks through their door. What I love most is that their philosophy of dog care mirrors high-quality child care — attentive, structured, and deeply compassionate. It aligns perfectly with the kind of love and care that I give Tucci at home, which makes it easy to trust them and feel safe sending him there. One of my favorite parts of the day is receiving the photos and videos they send. It’s clear from every update that Tucci is happy, engaged, and in great hands. He loves it there! This is the best day care I have come across. Communicative, clear, sweet, and thoughtful. I feel confident leaving our dog here for the day or when we go on vacation for weeks at a time. CS, the owner, is the real deal. She knows dogs and her staff is as responsive as she is. I am so impressed and feel grateful to have this resource at our disposal. We mentioned it was our dog’s birthday and they gave him a bandana and a ball. So silly but so thoughtful and sweet when they could have just done nothing. Also the outdoor area is so important and hard to find in NYC. We never feel like our dog is stressed out by the commotion of other dogs or confines of the indoor area. He has his own cubby with his picture on it. Can not express how appreciative I am of this business. Highly recommend

Prospectbark is absolutely incredible. I’ve used them for 10 years while living in Brooklyn and have never had a single issue. Even late requests, they do absolutely everything possible to accommodate! I’ve had a bunch of different walkers/sitters and all are so kind, respectful, and genuinely care about your pet. I’ve used them for walks, overnights, feedings, and even once to get back into my apartment when I forgot my keys. They also send updates when they state they will, which is huge. I would highly, highly recommend them for all your pets needs!
