Prospect Park Animal Clinic

All of the staff at Prospect Park are fantastic. They've provided amazing care to my beagle that lived to be 18...almost 19 and now to my 9 month old beagle. Dr. Nick and Dr. Lenny are very kind and take great care of my boys. They also do a great job of explaining things to me. Wouldn't take them anywhere else.

I recently visited to get a USDA health certificate for air travel for my puppy, and I couldn't be happier with the care that we got. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Raquel and Dr. Nicholas treated Koda like he was their own baby to the point that he was given them kisses despite him usually being a little scared of the vet. Even though I live a little far away from this clinic, the trip is definitely worth it. Great service for a very reasonable price for NYC standards.

⸻ I can’t begin to express my gratitude to Dr. Silverman and his staff. My dog is nine and a half years old, a Brittany, a true hunting dog who has been hiking with me almost daily since he was a puppy—five miles off leash, running wild and free. When he developed a lymphoma that grew to nearly three pounds, I went to several vets, yet no one was willing to operate. I could see his life changing: he stopped chasing deer, his energy faded, and he just wasn’t the same spirited companion. Dr. Silverman, with his kindness, skill, and generosity, gave my dog a second chance. He operated when no one else would, and now my boy is acting like he’s five years old again. Dr. Silverman, you are incredible. Thank you—truly—from the bottom of my heart. ⸻

We had a great first experience with my new puppy Juno. No complaints. Front desk staff were very attentive, polite, and accommodating to us to get him a sooner appointment due to having an ear infection. Doctors were knowledgeable, patient, affectionate and gentle with my puppy. They also helped him to feel as comfortable as possible through his first time getting a thorough cleaning of his ears and check up. He left there being his normal self, happy and energetic with take home treatment. I appreciate the service we received.

Dr. Leonard Silverman and Dr. Nic Silvernan have taken great care of my cat Cookie Kitty. Aliza the receptionist has been knowledgeable, kind and SO helpful.
