Professional Grooming Corner

First time visit this morning! Took my cat in for a lion cut and bath. $100 for the bath, $20 for a de matting fee and something like $30 more for a hot oil treatment. I was worried he might be overwhelmed there as I mainly saw dogs and lots of noise, but they did a great job. He has lots of loose skin and they were able to get him groomed without issue. Saw a tiny knick on one of his legs but no blood and he’s doing perfectly fine. Although some may consider the price steep, I am willing to pay for good service. Staff was also very kind and attentive. My cats a little camera shy but he also got a bow! Will be coming back

Communication was poor. Took almost 6 hours to groom and my dog left very stressed. Found a bunch of cuts and gashes on his leg and private area as well. Giving a heads up about their mistake would’ve been nice instead of finding out when we got home. The place didn’t seem cleanly and they never asked for vaccinations in advance leading me to not believe they take those things seriously. I will not be going back since my experience was very poor.

I'm very disappionted in the service here they did not give my dog the cut I asked for and his hair is shaved but left it long on his head. He also has several nicks on him. I've gone to them for 10 yrs and never had a problem , we won't be back. My dog is traumatized

Ms. Pam and her team did a phenomenal job on my Bernese Mt Dog. For only his second professional grooming visit, we are very happy with the outcome and look forward to coming back. The deshedding process was well worth the money we spent here

Unlicensed! They talk sweet to the owner, but I have picked my dog up many times with bloody cuts, uneven ear shapes and 🔥 spots! When confronted, her only answer is a sprinkle medicated of powder! My dog is black, so I could see the hot spots (4x) on his belly 😡, but he had over 5 on his back, from his neck to his tail 😡. I didn’t know until they healed and I was brushing the scabs from his fur! He was so traumatized. He wouldn’t eat for days! You will never touch my dog again.
