Product was as described. Reasonable price. Set up and use were fairly easy. My little dog responded to it correctly the first time I used it. As other reviewers said, all I have to do is show him the remote, and he thinks twice about misbehaving.

Never received my products. No update on USPS tracking in the past 48 hours. Huge, empty mailbox sitting out in front of my house, just waiting for my items to arrive… Needed this for a client yesterday and due to it being Thanksgiving, there is no way it will arrive in time. I don’t even know where the product is, since the last tracking update claims it arrived at my post office 3 days ago. USPS is a joke and they should find a reliable shipping service. Never ordering from this store again.

I free run my dogs and use (hunting) controllers on the larger dogs, but I didn't have one for my new small dog. Teddy is about 10lbs so this control collar is perfect for him. He loses his mind when other dogs/people approach this controller gets his attention. I prefer to use the vibrate mode for the training approach and it's been working for me so far.

What a difference a week makes! My noisy Havanese is the love of my life once again. Max had a tendency to bark at every person walking a dog or just strolling along around our home. He also wanted to jump on everybody that he passed on the street. Both annoying behaviors have stopped. We may still get a little growl, but I can tolerate that. That screechy yapping is gone. I am impressed!! PS…all it took was the sound command. Yay!!
