I took my dog too get his nails clipped he has too be put too sleep when he come home he had a limp we thought it was the nails Turns out they hurt his leg / foot while holding him down they pulled Ligaments and tendons got video and evidence and dog records he wasn’t like this before we took him their then we back took him back get checked ans asked what happened women stuttered and got very nervous she knew they hurt him but want us too pay for exam and too fix him when they are the ones who hurt our Harley rescue dog who was fine but not anymore beware!! Seeking legal counsel they should be held liable for their malpractice they know what they did it’s all on camera but asked for video said it’s deleted so often Bull is what that is!! This place is hands down the best!!! My first time there and I couldn’t have asked for better service. They got me in within 4 hours. A stray I was looking out for had cancer but I didn’t know till bringing him in. He had to be put down. When I got there they immediately got me back in a room. They made me and my baby feel so comfortable. They answered every question I had and Gave me so much information before making the decision and walked me thru step by step. I definitely found my new vet office for my doggy next. She was attacked by a Pitt bull a couple years back so leaving her at the vet always scares me because you honestly just never know but since seeing how they handled everything today I know my dog will be in the best hands!!!! Dr Johnson has such a great personality and is so great with our two GSD's, Husky, and kitty. I wish she new how comfortable she makes us not to mention the animals. Every Dr in there is just as professional and approachable as she is. I have, and will always trust our pets care to this amazing practice.
