I had to take my female chihuahua there after a black lab attacked her. She was hurt pretty bad and our regular vet was closed. Everyone there was very helpful and genuinely cared about the health of my dog. The lady at the front desk was very nice and attentive. The staff member that came out to give me the estimate was also very polite and helpful. The veterinarian came out to speak with me prior to doing any work on my dog and you could tell that she genuinely cared about her. The estimate was on the high side, but only as a worst case scenario. The actual cost was about $300 cheaper than the estimate. Overall, great experience given the situation. Highly recommened for small pet emergency!! The staff and vets treated our cat and us with the most genuine care and respect during our visits. Our cat was lethargic and dehydrated and they jumped into action to get him stable. We had reports throughout the stay and we are thrilled to say he is back home and recovering. The cost was very fair and care was top notch!!

Best emergency care that I have ever been to. They took very good care of my cat, Batman. Everyone was compassionate and worked with my budget. I have called them with aftercare questions and updates. This is by far the best urgent pet care establishment that I have had to use. 10/10 recommend.

I took my cat to this vet and had the best experience I’ve had with a vet in a long time. I was greeted with efficiency and it didn’t take long for my cat to be seen. Dr Laura Gosink was be patient about listening while I gave her the low down on my cats problem. She then proceeded to ask her questions and was very understanding that I was nervous because I was leaving town in a day and the cat was going to be under a sitter. My cat was taken care of with very caring hands for he is a nervous cat at the vet. USA handled him like I do when he’s at home. He was giving a shot without any problems and no drama. PriorityPet Urgent Care did a wonderful job for my cat. This was on a very busy holiday weekend when they were slammed, but this cat needed a vet before Monday. They triaged her appropriately and got her in that day. Everyone, from the receptionist to the vet tech, to the treating veterinarian was helpful, efficient and easy to work with. They examined my cat and gave me an estimate for further diagnostics and treatment, with options and information, but no pressure. I chose what I made sense to me and my wallet, and they got to work. We left with some meds on board and a plan for my cat's care until I could see my regular vet. Even better, I left with a very complete record of the visit-- summary of her history and exam, lab results and medication instructions that were crystal cle
