PriorityPet Urgent Care

While vacationing in The Villages our senior dog had a wound on his back that wasn’t healing properly. We took him to Priority pet Urgent Care and were very pleased with their services. We were promptly seen by the tech and then by Dr Hendrix. He was great! I would recommend this Urgent Care.

The compression we received from the phone call at approximately 940 pm on a Friday night to Arrival roughly 20 min later, to the kind greeting at the front desk, the patient tech to the vet who came in with a tear in her eye as she helped us to let go of our beautiful Sophie was so amazing. The room we were taken to had a sofa and a space heater instead of a cold table and plastic chairs. Sadly we’ve had to say goodbye to pets in the past and this was by far the most calming experience. Thank you all for what you do.

The staff were very kind and friendly. They were quick to respond to my call and assisted me as soon as I arrived. They provided end-of-life service for my senior bunny. Billing discussion and process was smooth and easy, too. Thank you for helping pets and providing gentleness, patience, and understanding during a difficult time.

All three dogs were sick, called them and said bring them in. The staff was very nice and polite. They really care about each dog and took their time with each. Would highly recommend. Would not hesitate to use them again, if I can't get into our regular vet.

Just went there tonight for end of life care for a beloved dog. Everyone was super kind & professional. Made the tough situation bearable. Thank you for your kindness.
