I love the service & attention that they have with my dog every time that I take her. My groomer- Yailen, is the best in Hialeah. I really do recommend this establishment for all your dog grooming needs. 5 STARS ⭐️ for sure!

I always take my Maltese for her haircut and Rottie for deshed here and they always do such a great job! My rottie doesn’t like her nails clipped at all and they always seem to be able to cut hers. Very pleased with their service, they come out smelling amazing and looking gorgeous!

This place is TERRIBLE the worker is rude, one of the workers one day shaved my dog TO THE BONE because she didn't know what to do. After so many years with them they don't have any type of consideration with anyone. Recently I took my Pomeranian to bathe and they shaved her private area to the point she is in PAIN and had to give her triple antibiotic. they charged me $71 for A CUT. Disappointing and disgusting place. Do not go here whatsoever. This place is truly disturbing and RUDE! Learn how to have some etiquette and do your job correctly instead. this place deserves to be TAKEN DOWN. Had to take her to the vet and turns out her private area is completely has rashes from a machine. She’s in so much pain. Super unprofessional

Princess and Dukes Pet Salon is a great spot to bring your dog for a bath. They are very fast and do a great job making sure your dog gets the best treatment! My dog smells good for days! Definitely recommend this place to bring your puppy

My pooch gets happy when we arrive, and darts out of my truck to go inside. They are fast and economical in pricing, and my girl comes out looking like a Princess.
