We had a really good experience at Primary Care Animal Hospital. Our dog started having blood in her urine and was trying to pee but nothing would come out. Our regular vet initially gave antibiotics and medication, and he said if it happens again, we should take her to the hospital for more test as he was thinking there was something in her bladder like stones. When the symptoms returned a week later, we knew we had to take her to the hospital. Since our usual clinic doesn’t offer urgent care, we searched and found this hospital on Google. They were able to see us the same day. The front desk staff was very kind and welcoming, and even though the place is currently remodeling, everything still felt organized and efficient. They performed an X-ray and urinalysis, found a bladder stone, an

Pricey but quality. My cat’s doctor was able to hear an extra heart beat and it turns out she has a rare abnormality. Thankfully it’s benign and something to just monitor for now. But I’m so grateful to be aware of it so I can keep a close eye on any changes as she gets older. I never have a problem getting an appointment. My only complaint is there is a huuuge gap in pricing for services compared to a low cost vet. But the care and service is top notch so I feel like I’m getting what I’m paying for. When it comes to my fur babies they are worth it.

This review is LONG overdue, but this is easily the best vet hospital I’ve ever taken my babies to. So much so that they quickly became my babies’ primary vet. When it comes to choosing a place that will care for my babies there are two things that matter: 1. Price and 2. Do the people responsible for caring for my pets truly CARE about them? When it comes to primary care, it’s AFFORDABLE, and YES, they care! Many other veterinary clinics I’ve been to always tried to order unnecessary tests to get the most money out of me. Plus, it often felt like they didn’t genuinely care about my pets’ wellbeing. However, since coming here, the difference in service is so clear. They genuinely CARE and only do what is absolutely necessary. Even if you can’t afford a treatment, they work with you. I love

They took my mone and still haven't helpedy pet. I did blood work then was told to have more blood work done. All along the vet said it was probably thyroid issues but they said I need to do other test as well. The. After the other test were done and the results were negative we went back to the idea it was thyroid issues. They quoted me 238 for additional thyroid test like I had said originally if that was the prime suspectiin then we should do that first but didn't do that! Then when I called to make the appt for the additional thyroid test they tell me I can bringy cat back in and they will take more blood. Well I get there and then all of a sudden the cost was going to be another 408 dollars not 238 like they quoted me! And said it was due to the timeframe. However never once at all to

I used to love this place. Dr Jacobo is great but the business is bad now. 2 hour waits with appointments. 400$ for a simple visit with labs. Labs are send out now so no idea for several days what’s going on with my cat. Techs chronically understaffed. I will no longer be using this vet.
