HIGHLY DISSAPPOINTED. I brought my cat, Melinda, to Priceless Pets in Chino Hills for a routine spay and expected a standard recovery. I have a friend who referred me here. About a week after the surgery, she very suddenly started acting noticeably unwell. She stopped eating and drinking, wasn’t using the litter box, became very lethargic, and seemed uncomfortable when her abdomen was touched. This did not seem like normal post-surgery behavior. I tried contacting the clinic during business hours by calling and texting to ask for guidance, but I never received a response. Their voicemail said for the fastest response to text them. I brought my dog here for her spay surgery, and they did an amazing job! The incision was clean, and she recovered so well. My dog is my child, and I truly appreciate the care and professionalism of the staff. I will definitely be coming back!

Amazing staff, they truly care about you and your animals. My baby girl came in here for a UTI and her urinalysis results came back so fast! Dr. R, and the tech Julissa were so nice and knowledgeable. My kitty felt better immediately!

I’m not coming back again! I take my three cats here to get vaccines for FVRCP which they show on the website were $25. They will charge you a wellness exam fee! For $60 every single cat! Yes I paid $255 total to just get a FVRCP vaccine for my three cats done within 30 minutes🙂
