I called with a last minute appointment request and was welcomed with open arms the very same day! They took good care of my pup and have excellent customer service. He was matted in between his puppy coat and adult coat. They cut him down to a comfortable length and provided me with tips on how to maintain is coat. Thank you!

Today we brought Snowflake for her very first nail appointment at Pretty Pets Grooming Salon, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The groomer welcomed my cat with so much warmth and love — she treated her like her own. She even cleaned Snowflake’s ears and brushed her beautiful fur! I was truly touched when she refused to charge me, saying it was a gift for my new baby cat. Such kindness is rare these days, and I’m beyond grateful. We’ll definitely be coming back — Pretty Pets will be Snowflake’s forever salon! 🐾💖

Absolutely the best experience. Our bernedoodle puppy got her first haircut yesterday. They were so kind and gentle and did an amazing job. We think she looks so cute!

We have been taking our 2 beloved dogs to Pretty Pets for many years. We have always trusted them completely and wouldnt take our dogs anywhere else. The shop is clean, friendly, transparent and owners and staff loving and gentle toward our pets. Highly recommend!!
