I’ve been taking my long haired cats here for a few years now and I am amazed every time! They get matted very easily and need lots of haircuts! Pretty Paws Pet Spa does such a great job with them and you can tell they really care about our fur babies! Not only that, but pricing is great and it is very simple to make appointments! 10/10!

Be careful with taking your pet here. My cat is very sweet, & laid back, & thats not to brag. I got my cat groomed here to discover he had nicks all over his body that last several weeks. Now my cat is traumatized, & I have to give him extra comfort when I take him anywhere. Please be alarmed!!!!!!!

This is the 2nd time, my dog received clipper shock while being in their care. I told them not to shave her and they did so. Now she’s going to be cold for the winter. It took her a year to grow her hair back from the last time they shaved her. Also how are you a groomer and you lose the belongings for the pet you’re grooming? It even had her name on it. This is ridiculous.

I had never taken my red heeler dog to a groomer. She was badly abused so she is nervous, skittish and fearful of people especially men. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Pretty Paws Pet Spa. So friendly and easy to schedule appointment. They care about the animals; very kind, calm, gentle and patient with my dog. Nails trimmed, ears cleaned and a bath, my dog looked fabulous. I was worried that she would be stressed out but that was not the case. When I picked her up my dog was very happy, letting everyone pet her as we were leaving. I am very grateful, we will be back.
