Upon initial phone call the staff was not knowledgeable about price of a bath and brush even after I gave them the weight of the 2 dogs I was bringing to them. I was only told it should be approximately $35-40 (small dog/big dog)"Definately under $100" is what I was told, So I'm thinking maybe $85 which is what I usually pay at my vet who was booked. The service was fast, about 2 hours. The boys smelled good, nails were great. I go to pick them up and the bill was $99.(under $100 just like she said😆) No tip. I got the boys home and called the groomer back and discovered for the $99. glands weren't even done, but she said feel free to bring the little one back and they would do them🙄. They've been good to my grumpy old dog whenever I bring him in for a nail clipping, wash and a blow out. He looks great afterwards and doesn't seem as stressed as he does when we go to the vet.

Staff was very friendly and did an excellent job on both of our very matted pups. We recommend to all and will be a repeat customer.

She took great care of our dogs, even the grumpy one! Our dog doesn't usually care for strangers but took to her immediately!
