Not reliable at all Had a 10:00 appointment Got there - it was closed. I called and she finally came. . Then when I called 6 hours later to see if my dog was ready she said she would call me right back. Never called back I sent my daughter to pick up my dog whether she was ready or not. When my dog got home she was not groomed the way I asked. Will not go back!
Very not reliable. Had an appointment at 11:30 show up at 11:00 no one was thera. A lady was also waiting said she had an appointment for her dog at 11. No one there. No one answers the phone when you call. Left went back at 11:30. And still no one answer are was there. Will never go back.
I haven't had one single problem. They even roll around on the floor with my wild dog while clipping her nails. I will always use them
Wonderful, so happy they are there, quality work, friendly people. Excellent with pets
Summer and her staff are vantastic they take such good care of the fur babies
