If 0 was a star, I would have given it. They left prong collar on my old english bulldog for days leaving 16 puncture holes around his neck. Our dog was given back to us wothout any notofication of it. After talking with the owner, they said we could take him to the vet. After several weeks, nonone called to check on pet. After going by and speaking to the owner in person she stated she would check to see what we needed to do to get him more training now that his discipline training with that collar has him shut down and will not move once we put it on him. She said she would call us in a couple of days, that was 3 weeks ago and still no call from them showing any concern about the training we have lost with our dog because he is mentally shut down from that caller from a trauma. Would not

The hotel and grooming services are amazing! My pup always pulls me to the door when we arrive and gets very excited to see everyone. Their prices are beyond reasonable and they are very accommodating

They do a great job and always take good care of our Bella. Bella always gets excited when she goes there to get groomed. You can tell she loves being around everyone.

The girl who groomed my baby boy jasper did an amazing job, he took to her immediately and she made him feel safe and kept him comfortable. She is 100% our new groomer . The pictures below are a before & after. I can't say enough great things about this business. If you're looking for a good groomer that you can trust with your fur babies, this is the place.
