Our 14 year old Abby was exhibiting signs of a bladder infection. We were able to get an appointment in less than 12 hours. When we arrived, we were taken right in. Doctors and techs were kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. We were in and out in about 30 minutes, meds in hand, and our old girl feeling better within a day.

If i could leave negative starts i would. My 2 year old mama cat was first treated by Dr. Duchow and he was horrible, in a hurry, did not answer my questions, and his treatment of anftiimplamatory shot and antibiotics with price tag of $533 did not work; in a weekend she lost a pound and continue declining. My cat was getting lethargic, not eating or drinking. When i called on Monday, i was told to see a new doctor, Dr Killian. She was nice but it was all about money and after X-rays she told me my cat had liquid in her chest cavity. Cat was FIV negative. Her treatment was hospitalization for 3 days and hoping to figure out what’s wrong with her. And since i could not afford the price tag I was offered to put her down. My dog had to have a TPLO surgery. I was sick with grief for my best friend. But Dr. Kyle Norman and his team took such wonderful care of my boy. I have had my dog since he was 5 months old. He has been with me for my first home, my first pregnancy. He is more than a dog, he is family. I'm so grateful my vet reccomended Prescott Animal Hospital. I truly believe they saved my dogs life. The team at PAH put me at ease and returned my boy to me with clipped nails and a clean incision. They gave us all the information we would need to properly rehab him at home in between PT visits and made us feel very educated and capable for our dogs continuing care. First time patient/customer. I brought my male cat in because of a hematoma on the ear. I'm very happy with the treatment and the care shown with my cat. I will be bringing my other cat in for a wellness check.

I have been to to the pet animal hospital a few times now , I've seen Dr. Peakes and yesterday Dr. Franks, they have been so helpful, answering any questions no matter how silly. They get on the floor with the pets. They do not push unnecessary procedures on you. Now the techs have been amazing. Dr.franks tech is a very nice lady, very helpful, she gave a few tips on helping with our 5 Mos. Gsd. Which worked and we are able to use it at home. I.
