Preppy Pet Naples

Preppy Pet, Mary and staff did an amazing job with a very very difficult situation. Our pup is a rescued and we avoid boarding him since he has a trauma from being abandoned at the shelter. Due to an emergency, we had to board Bailey last minute for Xmas holidays. First few days were really difficult, my pup wouldn’t eat, drink or move he was completely shut down. They maintained open communication, tried their best to accommodate him and gave him specialized care and attention. I am grateful for everything they did to try to make Bailey feel loved and welcomed even though he was in shock and uncomfortable. I left my little Mila for a week at Preppy Pets, I sure did miss her , but the team was great! Constant communication, even via WhatsApp, since I was out of the USA. You can tell they really do love your pets. I normally take her for daycare and she comes back exhausted from playing all day. This was my first time boarding her here and I would certainly do it again. She looks very happy, well fed, taken care of… and they even gave her a bath, she smells lovely and her coat is so soft. I was in town for a few days, and need a place for my lil guy. They were extremely nice, and super caring people. I totally trusted them with my dog. When getting my dog, he looked super happy, and I felt they took great care of him

My dog had an amazing stay I could tell by her attitude when she came home. She looked beautiful when I picked her up.

Love, love, love Preppy Pets! Not everyone can take care of my baby giant, and the staff at Preppy Pets were amazing ! Tank was very happy when I arrived which means he had a good day! When he got home he went straight to sleep which means he played all day! He was well cared for and I am so grateful for Preppy Pets !
