We recently adopted an emaciated kitten we found living outside a dumpster at my workplace and brought her in for her first veterinary visit. The vet tech we worked with was kind, personable, and thorough.She answered our questions and handled our kitten with care. Unfortunately, our experience changed once Dr. Hemingway entered the room. He explained that our kitten was extremely underweight in a condescending manner, despite us clearly explaining that she had been a stray and had only been indoors and consistently eating for about 10 days. When we asked whether he suspected any underlying medical issues contributing to her weight, we were told it “could be 100 different things,” without further clarification. Google needs to add a ZERO stars button for this practice. Where do I start? Dog fractured her leg, took her in they wrapped the leg & sent me home with drugs. Soft cast fell off on day 2. Took her back, they rewrapped her, charged me for it and sent us home. Got all the way home, picked her up to carry her inside, cast fell off again. Back to the clinic, they rewrapped her and charged me again. Three casts, charged three times. Today, went to my 3 o'clock appt., at 3:05 I asked if I could run next door to drop off a sample at the lab as the lab closed at 4 and if I didn't drop off the sample, I'd have to repeat the test as the sample wouldn't survive until the next day. Staff and doctors are all amazing!! I bring two dogs in and it is refreshing to have a staff respond to their needs so quickly. Dr. Hemingway discusses things throughly with me and that makes me feel confident in my decision.

I came in to pick my dog up from getting a hematoma drained in her ear. She came out with her ear bandaged but falling off and leaking blood. The tech quickly handed the dog off to me and walked away. My dog was shaking her head but the wrap had been already falling off. Then the wrap completely fell off and she was dripping blood into my hands and all over the lobby. The receptionist sat there and didn’t help at all until they were asked. I was handed only a towel and no one took my dog to re wrap her ear. Terrible service would not recommend this place vets are also rude.

Worst vet experience he was short rude never introduced himself or say thank you. He seemed to want to go home more than help me. The tech was a joke. She didn’t say hi to my dog who was so excited to greet her. Worst experience
