I was extremely nervous and anxious with how my pup would act with a new groomer and as soon as they got here the gentleman took control of my 150lb.Saint Bernard that didn't want a bath today. He wasn't even afraid or anything. He picked him up and carried him in. I will definitely be a returning customer...... Made an appointment a week before, 30 min before my appointment they confirmed but changed my appointment time due to giving someone else my appointment that had 2 dogs, of course they gave my appointment to the person they would make more money from. I'll take my business somewhere more professional.
