Prairie Tails Veterinary Clinic

We recently had to make the heartbreaking decision to have our beloved cat Shasta euthanized, and Prairie Tales Veterinarian Clinic went above and beyond for us. Being new to town, we didn’t even have an account with them yet, but they welcomed us with kindness and compassion from the moment we walked in. The staff was incredibly tentative to our needs and made sure the entire process was as smooth and gentle as possible. They treated our cat with dignity and respect, and they treated us with genuine care. It’s never an easy situation, but their warmth, patience, and understanding made a world of difference during such a difficult time. Our cat, Oz, got very sick very quickly. We had a 5-6 day wait for an appointment with our local Vet. We were referred to Prairie Tails. From the moment we walked in we were treated with kindness and respect. Oz was diagnosed with kidney failure and we made the decision to end his suffering. The Vet and staff were very kind, gentle and compassionate to Oz during the whole exam and euthanization . The staff went above and beyond for us and for Oz. I highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Durell has taken care of our dogs, an older shelter mutt mix and our 2 yr old Golden along with a crew of barn cats. She has taken great care of all of them. They got us in quick when one of the cats got into a fight and needed seen quickly.

The Dr was wonderful and so caring, as well as the staff. Our fur baby wasn't a patient but she is now!!!

We love Dr. Durell and her team! The staff is welcoming, the environment is clean, and the service is outstanding. Highly recommend!
