I had an excellent experience at Prairie Lane Veterinary Hospital. The staff were so very nice and had an appointment available within an hour. The Dr. was very thorough with the exam of my dog and we did not feel rushed. They went above and beyond my expectations.

This was my first visit to this facility. All my questions were answered .. I was treated with respect, and everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome and appreciated. MORE IMPORTANTLY .. they treated my dog with loving care .. and that spoke volumes to me about their professionalism. From the Receptionists to the Technicians to the Dr .. they were ALL very professional and personable. I will definitely be using this facility in the future for any and all of my pets care.

Prairie Lane is so great. I have been to various others and always dreaded the smell, lack of cleanliness and wait time. Every time I bring my puppy to Prairie Lane, we are warmly welcomed in, it smells like fresh cleaning, and I have never waited more than 5 min to be seen. The Vet is so great with my puppy, as well as his assistants, and he explains the level of care needed at the time and what’s to come next. I always leave with a smile on my face. The level of care is extraordinary.
