They've changed their name, but it's exactly the same company. I now have to go to court to recoup the 3500.00 I am out. We took two found dogs there due to anti-social and aggressive behaviors. It was clear they had experienced trauma prior to us finding them. Amber assured us she had "A LOT of experience" with aggressive dogs and has tattoos covering bites to prove it. One dog was signed up for weekly classes that should have been an hour long. The other went for FOUR WEEKS/8 hours a day. First off, no one is there at 8AM for drop off, so maybe they should say 8:30, but our dog was left with a person who admitted she had no experience with aggressive dogs. So where do I start. First off I wish the launch of Praeceptor K9 nothing but success. I have been a client of the predicessor Patriot KNine since 2019. My family currently has 4 dogs that have all gone through lots of training from puppy jumpstart, basic and advance obedience to service dog training. They have always cared for our dogs extremely well, they’ve always kept us updated with text messages, videos and pictures of our dogs during training and boarding. We even recently boarded our pack for our family vacation. Our Service dog even received her AKC CGC certification. I can’t say enough good things about the owner and staff. Now I don’t know the new partners very well but I still trust them 100%. My family travels and continue will travel 4 hours to bring our pack here for trainin

Amber and het staff did great training my great dane Archie. Archie’s lack of confidence didn’t let us enjoy our daily outings because he was leash reactive and didn’t like strangers. After working with Amber, he is a different dog. His recall is excellent, has good manners and we get compliments about his behavior. Highly recommend her.

My foster dog and I have been working primarily with Chris to address behaviors that have been inhibiting his adoptability. Yes, the training is not cheap, however, the progress that I have seen in both my foster dog and my ability to read and understand dogs has been worth it. With patience and understanding, my foster has gone from perpetually anxious and unable to disengage to knowing how to self soothe and remove himself from situations he finds too stressful. He isn't perfect, but compared to how he was 6 months ago, he is a totally different dog thanks to the skills of the trainers at Praeceptor K9. At this point, he is getting pushed for adoption and I couldn't be happier.

Phenomenal trainers, after a single session I began building confidence working with my Rottweiler. Praeceptor allowed my husband and I to set different training goals based on our personal needs all while making sure we understood how to provide consistency and effective communication to our Rottie!
