Dr. Quigley and the vet tech listened to my concerns and treated myself and my pet with respect. My dog is very nervous at vets, and the vet tech and Dr. Quigley were patient and made him feel comfortable. He even laid down and relaxed during the appointment, which he never does! The room was very clean and quiet. Dr. Quigley is very knowledgeable and gave me a ton of information to help me care for my dog. I was given a prescription diet and advice to help my dog now that he is a senior.

Dr. Ketchum and Dr. Parkin have been wonderful handling our dogs over the years. Both are highly knowledgeable and have been supportive as doctors as well as just being empathetic to our issues. Dr. Ketchum appears to be very young but she is just a superb vet. We’re so lucky to have PAWS in our community. Special kudos to the front desk staff and the outstanding vet techs. I can’t recommend them enough. This past years was very tough for our family. We started the year with 4 dogs. 2 were quite old while one other had significant disease problems as well as being old. We just want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the love and care PAWS has always shown our pets. They’ve been there for them — and for us — through so many moments, but their compassion during our goodbye to our dog Jake will never be forgotten. Letting him go was one of the hardest things we’ve ever done, and the kindness, patience, and gentleness Dr. Quigley and Heather showed made an unbearable day a little easier. We knew Jake was truly cared for, right to the very end, and that means more to us than we can ever express. We are so grateful for the PAWS team and all that they do.

Been bringing my animals here for about 5 years. The whole staff is fantastic and full of knowledge. They are so eager to help. I do have to honorably mention DR Quigsley and Mr Franklin the tech. Both of them really have such a kind patience to behavioral animals . When My dog first started coming he had to be medicated and in a muzzle full time. After both of them helping me help my dog . We now only have to medicate/muzzle him for nail trims . The rest of the time my little boy is so happy to be there and see his “lil friends.” My cat is a normal tortie and hates everyone. But she will atleast let them hold her for a minute or two before she tries and hides. They really do treat your animal like they are their own. I have nothing but positive things to say. I always have a great experience at this clinic. They are very knowledgeable and professional. They do a great job of tracking my Frenchie's issues...They are well notated. This clinic is 30 mins away from where I live and I don't mind the drive because the level of care my pet receives is worth the extra distance.
