I had used the facility years back with Dr Rob Nicholson, and highly respected him and the knowledge he has and recommendations for treatments of my pups at that time. Updated.. after having the loss of my Ittys 10 years ago . Recently I brought home another puppy, but PostRd closed Facility had closed, I sought a different Dr. & Facility. I had no problem with whom I’d chosen, and My husband still has my Cats listed with them. I’m disabled and distance can be difficult, My daughter recommended trying a new facility here in my hometown of Charlton, finding Dr Nicholson again was amazing and close 10 minutes from home. Glad to see Danielle was still there. She is always pleasant and helpful. Had a new doctor for us, Dr. Williamson, kind and we appreciated her approach to the concern. We had a much better experience than we had in the past. New customer-friendly front staff makes a difference.

Post Road has been great with our animals! They communicate well and listen to our concerns/help find the proper route for treatment every time. We have one older dog with respiratory issues, one kitty with skin allergies and one... Very spicy kitty when she's not comfortable at home. They care a lot. In terms of comfortability and treatment and didn't judge on spicyness regarding the one that's a little anxious (to say the least). Their care and thoughtfulness has helped our dog in his golden years so much as well as our cat with allergies. Plus they always follow-up to make sure everything is well. 🙂

Do not USE THIS VET! I brought my dogs urine sample in to be checked, got the results by email saying he needs blood work and X-rays. I call right away and they say he can’t be seen until December 2 or 9 which was 2-3 weeks away.. I did not get a call from the ROB NICHOLSON the so called vet explaining anything. Back and forth with a few more phone calls to them and guess what? STILL CANT EVEN SPEAK THE THE ACTUAL DOCTOR. They told me I cannot come in any other day expect on a Tuesday for X-rays and bloodwork. Well I’m sorry my dog was dying on a Wednesday. They finally said I can come in next week rather than waiting 2-3 weeks. I took my sweet dog to the animal hospital and come to find out he has kidney failure with only a couple days to live. Had a great experience there today with my Maltese Shih-tsu and my Pomeranian. Jess, the vet tech, was absolutely amazing, as was the doctor, whose name I think was Dr. Root or Roop. I feel badly for not remembering! I highly recommend this place for your pets' care!
