She took me through so many samples in the store and asked me all kinds of questions on what I was looking for. So kind, helpful, and understanding! The install was also seamless. I just had LVP from Post Road Carpet installed and I can’t say enough about the installers, Chris and Corey. They were very friendly, answered all my questions and did an exceptional job. I hope I was not a pest running upstairs to see how nice everything looked. And they worked in a tight area. I had lots of squeaks in the old wood flooring and they nailed that down to the joists before putting down the new LVP.. It is quiet now for the first time since I moved in. Thanks to Dawn at Post Road Carpet for overseeing this installation!

I purchased luxury vinyl planks from Post Road Carpet and had them install them in my kitchen and dining room! Quality product, and the installation was superb! Chris and his crew were outstanding, checking in with me during the installation process to make sure I was happy with how things were going. Each day, they cleaned up, making sure to leave the area useable. Had Chris come back for a couple of minor details, which he did promptly. Dawn, the salesperson, was a pleasure to work with, no "high pressure," let me take my time, and really knew the various products that I was considering. I could not be happier with this whole process or with the final product! This establishment is a dream to work with, and I will be visiting them in the Spring to look at carpeting for my family
