PoshPetCare - West Adams🐩

Our first 2–3 visits were fantastic, and Brittany, the groomer, was extremely accommodating and friendly. We really appreciated the care and extra attention she gave our dog. Unfortunately, this most recent visit was a very different experience. Our dog was returned to us by the receptionist instead of Brittany, and we did not get the usual “report card” we had gotten in previous visits… Most concerning, our dog was unable to fully open one of his eyes when we got home. It’s now the next day, and his eye is still irritated and bothering him. Because of this experience and the lack of communication, we’re very disappointed and feel this was our last visit.

Took my husky Lainey here for the first time today. We had a fantastic experience! The store is clean and nice, the staff is very friendly, and they gave us a grooming report card at the end (A+ of course). The groomer Brittany came out to tell me that Lainey was a very good girl and posh perfect 💅🏽. We’ve tried plenty of other groomers in the area but this is our new fave for sure! We will be back :)

Wow, what an amazing space for my doggies to get groomed, boarded, and enjoy daycare! It’s super clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. You can tell everyone here truly cares about your fur babies. I’ve been a happy customer and proud member of the PoshPetCare family for over 10 years now. I wouldn’t trust my dogs anywhere else. We’ve tried all their locations, and they consistently exceed my expectations!

I’ve been going to posh pet care for a few years now at their other location. Now I go to the west Adams location, my dog Gigi loves it there and is always happy to see Brittany the groomer after daycare. The receptionist is super nice and the owner Brian is very passionate about dogs and maintaining a safe and playful space.

I came in for a walk in appointment to get my dogs nails clipped. Brittany did a great job of clipping his nails without an issue even though my dog is usually a tough candidate. I'll be back again without hesitation!
