I had an extremely disappointing experience and will not be returning. Despite leaving a very generous cash tip, the quality of the full grooming service was far below what would typically be expected. Several basic elements were missed. For example, the paw fur was not properly trimmed, the coat on my dog’s back was visibly uneven, the ears were left disproportionately long, and the face trim was rather poorly executed. More concerning, my dog came home with a physical injury following the appointment. The injury required a vet visit and resulted in my dog needing to wear a cone for over a week. Got my dog groomed here on a whim and I was lucky to get her groomed on the spot. They did a wonderful job of cleaning my dog! She still looks gorgeous the day after! They also have so much to sell for pets. The snack choices for dogs is excellent and they have the cutest toys. The prices are on par with petco! As other reviewers mentioned, they do take a while but I have a husky so I prefer they take a while with my dog especially during shedding season! If they are taking a minute, it would be an excellent opportunity to get a drink across the street at Chulitas, Damn, I miss Paris or walk 1-2 blocks down to Adams Wine Bar to enjoy a glass of wine! We love Posh Pet Care for grooming! Isaac is literally the BEST - he gives the best doodle haircuts and is just the absolute nicest! They're really sensitive to the amount of time they keep the dogs for grooming and will give a 30-minute heads up so your pup doesn't have to wait longer after they're finished. They pay a ton of attention to all things going on with your dog, and for a dog with floppy ears they're super sensitive to making sure to clean them properly. We used to live right next door, but now we drive 30-minutes for grooming since we know they're the best!

Okay! I get it now! I took my dog back because somehow she became sick with Parco. I was on vacation and had a pet sitter. I was like, whats all this blood? I took her in and said, what going on, you gave me a full bill of health. I notice that this was a different doctor. She said but did you know that they had to be de-wormed every month? I'm like, thats what I pay you for the $ 200 bucks a visit. Then shes like, well she might die, I need to put her in the hospital for $600.00. I'm like crying having a panic attack and all. We love posh pet care. We started with their Robertson location (now closed down during the Covid lockdown) and followed them here at the Harper and Melrose location, as they do the best job for my doggies hands down. We’ve tried mobile wash, healthy spot and pet smart and others, but we keep coming back here although it’s a little bit of drive for us. See the pictures of our samoyeds and you will see all the great work they do. Highly recommended.
