The facility and its personal are very inexperienced with older dogs who have never been boarded. I explained that and told them my dogs had never been boarded and were reactive to strange dogs and i heard they had a set up where they would not be exposed to that. They said they could accommodate that. That is very much not true, but that was my fault for believing them and not checking. The vet in charge apparently doesn't have much understanding on the difference between a scared dog and an aggressive dog. I had to board my German Shepherds,due to the death of my husband, they were told they had never been boarded before and would be scared.
