Well, I started from the beginning to read the reviews and I’m gonna pretty much summit it up. Somebody talks great about the place and then you know briefly kind of just says you know it was fine. You can tell those are real comments and then you have where somebody has had a foul experience either overpayment methods or billing or over you know the front staff being unpleasant. I had my two dogs there. My parents said that they were you know paying for it and of course there was a big misunderstanding it was you know unpleasant to say the least instead of finding out what the situation was they acted like I was nuts and then of course my parents you know paid for the shots for the dogs we left. I have not been back since long story short I took my two puppies to get them spayed and wonde

Called on the phone and was told the payment for the surgery for my cat at most would be 1200 and they wouldn’t take any payments until the agreed date. Get in and the vet handles my cat terribly, Tells a story about how he put a cat down one time because it peed in the house then said the payment would be double what it originally was, Went to check out and they wanted payment for the “checkup” and refused to take payment at a later date. Would not recommend.

Portland Animal Hospital is hands down the best veterinary clinic I’ve ever been to. From our very first phone call in March through to today, the entire team has been nothing short of amazing. They were absolutely amazing. They worked my puppy in on a Saturday. Gave great care. Texted me later to check on him.

Took my pup in for a look at his ears and a nail trim. Dr. B told me $90 for officer visit and ear treatment. I then get out front and the receptionist told me $195. Now this included two things that weren’t discussed. Which I totally understand but for the service we discussed I expected it to be that price. Dr came back out and said sometimes he mumbles and people don’t understand him. He said he would take off office visit this time. Then receptionist wasn’t happy and had an attitude. Saying I was trying to get everything for $90. I explained with an attitude back that I was told an amount and now I’m being told another amount. Anyone would be upset about it.
