Great customer service, Miranda is awesome and super friendly, the staff is informative and friendly as well, going back for our second visit soon.

The Doctor and all the staff were so kind and accommodating with me and my dog. In the middle of an extended trip, it became necessary to put my dog to sleep because of long term pain and incurable illness. They had never seen my dog before, but still saw her and helped me through an extremely heart wrenching experience. Words are not enough to express how much their kindness was to me.

It's alright, the vet is nice and the staff is friendly. I took my dog for heartworm medicine, and they argued with me she had been off her medication which she hadn't (we ordered online). So I gave in and just let them do the heartworm test which I wasn't told any pricing for. I go to get her medicine and I'm told my total is 80 something, cool. Got home, I was charged 125 instead of the 80 I was told at the counter. No one said anything about cost of a test or anything other than the medication. So now it costed more than I expected and wasn't told until I called and asked. Make sure you get them to be clear about what services require payment. Just really disappointed.

My first Visit was wonderful! Not long in the waiting room and everyone is happy, friendly and loving to the animals. My missy was a bit excited and yogi was making sure he was heard didn’t seem to annoy nor bother anyone! That’s what you want when you go to a vets office. And they were just that! Thank you so much girls and Doc!

Dr Bill is thorough and takes the time to answer all your questions. He explains what he thinks is going on with Lily. I would highly recommend him and his staff too.
