Port City Animal Hospital

Although I have had other dogs in the past, my current pet is my first puppy. I’ve always had great experiences at Port City, but I was nervous about having my puppy neutered. Dr. Faris and the staff have been absolutely great from the first time they met us and getting through this surgery was no exception.They made me feel confident and comfortable. Although it may seem like a small thing, and I could brag for hours about how great they are at Port City, I would like to point out an aspect that I think is very telling: When they returned my dog to me after his surgery, he looked so good. He was, of course, post anesthesia, so he was “drunk,” but he was as pristine as when I handed him over to their care. Have had Dr Faris for our vet for years. He and his staff are very professional and compassionate. We have never had a bad experience with this vet. We are always recommending them to others for their pets care.

This has been my best vet experience thus far. It's easy to get in contact and schedule appointments. Medication refills are quick and service pricing is always transparent. Staff is amazing and very friendly. My dog loves it here and never hesitates to jump out of the car and head inside. I highly recommend this location if you haven't found a vet home yet.

This vet took care of my best friend of 13 years until she passed, and helped me put her to rest peacefully and beautifully when it was time. They’re currently caring for my other best friend, who has severe allergies and requires constant vetting, and they are amazing with him. I recommend this practice to everyone I know!

I love a fear free clinic! Both doctors are great to work with; they are thorough and communicate very well. Our kitties always have good visits (as much as they can because it's still the vet 😉) and love the treats and cuddles from staff. I feel the pricing is very reasonable as well.
