We first discovered this place a few years ago. Last summer, we needed our carpet cleaned and decided to give them a try, even though the rug is very special and truly irreplaceable. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by friendly staff. They immediately recognized the quality and craftsmanship of the piece, which reassured us. A few weeks later, we received a call that our carpet was ready—and it looked absolutely amazing. It was clear that it had been handled with the utmost care. While we were there, they even custom-cut a carpet pad to perfectly fit the rug. This year, we brought the same rug back for cleaning. To our surprise, Arash not only remembered us, but also remembered the unique two-sided Aztec design of our carpet. Once again, it came back looking beautiful

I brought in a rug that was a family heirloom and very important to me. It was stained and damaged, but they made it look brand new. They were incredibly kind and professional, replaced the fringe by hand, brought it out to my car for me, and even held the rug for me at no cost when I was too sick to come pick it up. This is 100% the place to go!!!

This is a wonderful rug store. The owner Mr. Alan Ahmadi is such a gentleman and so knowledgeable about all kinds of rugs, and his son Arash is also incredibly gracious and helpful. We bought two rugs so far and get compliments on them all the time. Also, we turned in a wool rug for cleaning and the rug turned out so beautifully! Anyone who owns a nice rug should have them regularly cleaned at Pooshan - it makes a rug feel so luxurious and brand new and is totally worth the (modest) cost. I recommend this business to anyone looking for informed, helpful and family-oriented, nice service. Highly recommend.

Pooshan cleaned and repaired a Persian rug that was a family heirloom. They took great care with the rug and it looks brand new! They are incredibly courteous and communicative. I highly recommend them and will return for future services!

I want to rave about the rug cleaning service that Pooshan did recently. The cream colored rug was in bad shape because a neighbor’s dog had marked his scent (and other things) on big areas of the rug and I feared the stains wouldn’t come out. But they did! Thanks to Arash and his teammate, it looked almost brand new! Thanks!
