Susan is the most genuine person for an animal lover!! She takes great care of all the animals in her care and loves doing it. Susan took care of my Soco more then one time with her aging problems and took it very seriously. Her home is so great for animals to run around in the back yard and still be safe in the evening when in the house. I recommend her for dog sitting over night or day sitting too. I needed a place to park my dog for the day while my sisters and I enjoyed a soak and lunch in White Sulphur Springs. We had a very enjoyable day knowing my dog was also enjoying himself at PoochieNow. I really appreciated the personal care he got. He can be sketchy with strangers and Suzanne knew just how to handle him. He was putty in her hands! I am so happy to know I have this care available to me in the future!
