I have a five Month ShihPooh That I bring to them every eight weeks.. Katelyn Does such a great job with my puppy!! She is very patient and always gives him back to me Smelling amazing and looking great. I gladly drive at 45 minutes to an hour from where I stay to make sure that my baby is comfortable and clean. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable place to take their dog. You definitely get what you pay for and I would never take my puppy anywhere else.!!

I cannot scream loud enough about the incredible care and attention our Labrador, Hero, received at Pooch Styles Grooming! Any dog owner knows how hard it is to find that perfect groomer. From the moment we walked in, the team treated Hero like royalty. Not only did they do a flawless job cleaning him up, but his nail trim was spot-on—no rough edges, no discomfort, just perfectly manicured paws. Hero walked out of there smelling absolutely amazing and looking unbelievably handsome—like he was ready for a magazine cover shoot! Every detail, from the shampoo to the finishing touches, showed how much pride they take in their work. We’ve tried other local groomers in the past, but Pooch Styles is in a league of their own. Their professionalism, warmth, and precision truly set them apart. He

I took my dog to this grooming salon and consequently my dogs leg was badly injured due to her being dropped when transitioning from the tub to the table. My dog suffered a ruptured CCL ligament and a meniscus injury. Her groomer was the owner Keyona who initially told me that there was nothing she could do. I initially was given no apology except when I brought it to her attention. I was still expected to pay full price for the service after my dog was injured. The owner did make an appointment for my dog to be checked by her vet. Ultimately my dog suffered greatly she had surgery and had endured a lot of pain. She is now afraid of heights and clenches her paws and flares Her paws outwardly when she is picked up. She was never like that before this injury . Keyonna did not want to pay fu

Pooch styles is the BEST! I’ve been going to them for over 10 years. I’ve had two toy poodles throughout the years and have brought both to Pooch Styles. From the professionalism, communication, artistry, and overall passion/care from the staff, I would not go to anyone else. My pups come back spoiled with love and smelling/looking fresh!

TL;DR: They injured my puppy, left her with a bleeding wound, and didn't even bother letting me know. The beginning of the 11/18/18 grooming appointment for my 8 month old Lhasapoo puppy started off with the male employee asking me if my dog drinks out of a water bowl, which I honestly thought was a silly question, but I digress. He mentioned that the tops of her ears were matted and it would cost $1 per minute to comb out. The female employee told me my puppy did indeed have a small amount of matting at the base of her ears, nothing serious, and it would cost $10 tops. I expressed that I only wanted her to be trimmed since the weather was cold, and that I was most concerned with getting her hair out of her eyes. Lhasapoos/Lhasa Apsos are meant to have longer hair; I prefer my dog fluffy a
