We were beyond pleased with how well our puppy was taken care of at Pooch Resort! They took their time with it being his first time being groomed and made him comfortable as well as us. They also were able to give us tips to help with at home grooming care which is always a plus! Will definitely be back!
We love Julia! We have followed her from Proctorville OH to Chesapeake OH to Hurricane,WV. We drive 50 minutes one way because our dog loves her and she loves him. She does a fabulous job on our little guy!
Alex loves going to Pooch Resort. He plays hard and comes home tired and happy. You know a pup feels comfortable when he marches right in without looking back. Highly recommend the groomer also.
We love Pooch!! Such a nice place and our dog loves it. When we tell him he is going to play with his friends he’s knocking the door down! We feel so comfortable leaving our sweet dog here. He’s smiling in every picture they post.
We had a last minute change of plans and Pooch Resort was excellent to accommodate our booking. They were quick to reply to any messages and sent photos of our doggos while we were gone!
