Pooch Parlor

I took my dog Hercules to The Pooch Parlor for the first time today and had such a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Hercules was groomed by Emma, who was amazing, and I also met Dominique, who does the mobile service. Both of them instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease. Hercules gravitated toward them right away and was genuinely happy to be there, which meant so much to me. The entire experience was beautiful, and I’m so thankful to have found a place and people I trust to take care of my pup. We will definitely be back!

Had the best experience today with Pooch Parlor! Dominique beautifully groomed my (very nervous) little guy! She was so kind and patient and did an amazing job with George! We are new to the area and so happy to have found a trusting and caring groomer! (Plus mobile grooming-what an amazing bonus!) Thank you all!

Absolutely fantastic! We have two Huskies, and I have never seen them look this good. They were perfectly trimmed and completely de-shedded—it’s truly night and day. Our groomer, Dominique, was amazing. She is incredibly talented and knowledgeable. One of our Huskies hates getting his nails trimmed, and she somehow knew the magic touch to get it done. Our other Husky is very high-energy, and she handled her with total ease. The vans are immaculate and beautifully set up inside, making the pups comfortable while they’re being pampered. I truly can’t say enough about how happy we are—and the puppies even got doggie cookies when they were done!

Pooch Parlor is amazing!!!! This was hands down the best mobile pet grooming service we’ve ever used. They went above and beyond in every way—so kind, professional, and attentive to both our dogs. We couldn’t be happier and will absolutely be using them again!

Owner is really gross. Very defensive, uses AI to write texts. They cut all the hair on my dogs ear off. They will say he was super matted. He was not. I’m sure she will reply about how I was wrong. This is a prime example of how poor their customer service was. I used them for 2 years and were ok. The new groomer messed up. The owner will defend her. This is not customer service. They will never own up to a mistake. There are lot of other companies with better and more reviews. Use them. If you want customer service and not defensiveness go elsewhere. My dog is a purebred Maltese for reference. What they did to his ears is criminal.
