Pooch hotel is the best! My puppy is always so excited to go, and comes home happy and tired every time. Since day one, the staff have been so welcoming and genuinely care for my pup. Special shoutout to Jessa and Talia for being the sweetest and always going above and beyond with my baby Bug! I go to work everyday with peace of mind, trusting that she is in the best hands ❤️ We have also taken advantage of the incredible training that is offered. Jen Menslage is a superstar! She is so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. We worked together to make a plan specifically tailored for my crazy 6-month old puppy in and out of daycare to get the best results. So grateful for this amazing team!! Highly recommend ❤️

Communicative staff, flexible hours, attentive to our pets, and constant clean up! We needed a new solution after our dog walker of 6 years, and their reference were no longer available for walks or boarding. Pooch Hotel, has become our solution for our pet needs. We have been taking our two dogs to daycare for about one month now (few visits per week) and they are doing so well! The group of dogs here is a great fit for our dogs, making it a wonderful environment for them to interact with other dogs and people. We will be testing out the boarding next, but we are very happy with the daycare! The staff answers all our questions, and they are reachable anytime. We are able to share information about our dogs' quirks, food, supplements, etc.

Pooch Hotel in Newton has been a fantastic experience overall. I have been bringing my 2yo goldendoodle there for a few months and have only had positive outcomes from his visits. They knew my dog’s name after the first visit, and have been very friendly and helpful throughout the beginning process. The trainer, Jen, has been a great help to the success of my dog’s behavior and has been a pleasure working with her.

We’re so happy we found this boarding facility! The 24/7 camera access (including suite cameras if you select a specific room type) gave us so much peace of mind, and the staff was absolutely wonderful. They took the time to truly understand our dog, Apollo — he can be highly anxious but loves playtime and does great with other dogs. The team was communicative, transparent, and clearly experienced, and I really appreciated the facility tour as well. Following a very negative experience at a previous boarding facility, Apollo was returned scared and not properly cared for, which made us cautious moving forward with a new facility. Extremely happy with Pooch Hotel! I brought my dog in for a free trial to see if she would fit in. They were welcoming and eager to have her. I had access to the live cameras to check in and was happy to see they really scaffolded her transition in. I was definitely more nervous than her, but As she has been joining for daycare, it is clear that she really likes going! The staff have been friendly and helpful with any questions I have also.
